胡勇華，男，博士，教授，湖南省計算機學會理事，CCF系統軟件專委會委員。
主持國家級項目1項，省級項目3項，委托研發科技項目4項；作為主要成員參與國家級和省部級項目20項；作為主要完成人之一獲湖南省科技進步二等獎1項；發表SCI和EI收錄論文30餘篇，獲批國家發明專利5項，計算機軟件著作權8項。
研究方向：1）指令級并行代碼優化和嵌入式應用；2）光場非線性傳輸；3）圖像處理技術。
