陳建華，教授、碩士研究生導師。1980年1月出生，湖南省桃源縣人。2001年7月本科畢業于中國海洋大學經貿學院，2004年7月畢業于南京理工大學應用數學系，獲理學碩士學位，2010年6月畢業于中國科學技術大學基礎數學專業，獲理學博士學位，2011.3-2012.4在以色列特拉維夫大學電氣工程學院從事博士後研究，2013.11-2014.1及2017.2-2017.4在以色列特拉維夫大學電氣工程學院學術訪問，2018.3-2019.3在美國德克薩斯農工大學數學系訪問。目前的研究興趣為：算子半群、時變線性系統的Lyapunov穩定性、無窮維線性（時不變和時變）系統的适定性以及可控可觀性、線性算子譜理論（主要包括薛定谔算子譜理論，光子晶體的數學理論）、Hardy空間上的算子理論、來自電氣工程領域的一些數學控制問題（例如，非線性系統的穩定性、與虛拟同步逆變器、虛拟無窮電容有關的控制問題）、醫學成像、量子圖論。自2009年以來發表論文15篇，其中第一作者12篇（第一作者中SCI收錄11篇）。主持國家自然科學科學基金項目2項（青年基金和數學天元基金）、省部級項目1項（教育部留學回國人員科研啟動基金）。
